LLC VTB Capital Broker

LLC VTB Capital Broker, a subsidiary of VTB Capital which provides brokerage services to all categories of clients with use of state-of-the-art technologies of remote servicing, margin lending, information analysis support for decision-making process. Authorized capital — RUR 490 mn (the share of LLC BF Investment Management is 100%). The Company holds all the licenses necessary to conduct a professional activity of a participant of the securities market and activity of the Certification Center. LLC VTB Capital Broker is a member of the Moscow Stock Exchange (Stock Market and Futures and Options Market FORTS), the National Association of Participants of the Stock Market (NAUFOR), and is included in the Unified State Register of Certification Centers of the Russian Federation.

The tender committee has chosen WSS Docs as an ECM for VTB Capital Broker because of a large number of advantages of the system: its high performance, reliability, usability, intuitive interface, extensive integration capabilities and user-friendly mobile client.

The need to increase the speed of the document approval process and to monitor the execution of orders, as well as the need to build reports on executive discipline, became the prerequisites for the implementation of WSS Docs system.

Due to productive interaction between the teams of LLC VTB Capital Broker and WSS‑Solutions, it took us only 5 months to successfully implement the system.

The following project results have been achieved:

The speed of document work has increased significantly;
Quick search function is available for all documents in the system;
The document approval process speed was increased significantly, thanks to automatically generated approval routes;
Now each registrar is now responsible for the documents of his department;
Performance monitoring function is now available for users.
